The Brent de l'Art are a system of ravines located in the municipality of Borgo Valbelluna, in the province of Belluno, near the hamlet of Sant'Antonio Tortal. In the local Venetian dialect, brent indicates streams embedded in deep valleys, which swell rapidly during the rains (hence the term brentana "full"). Art is the Ardo, the left tributary of the Piave river along which the town is located[1].
