The dog and I walked completely unprepared from Semriach to Schöckl (I know nothing about the area).
At the summit cross I then trotted after a group of hikers who were talking about a tavern and looked forward to a small meal.

Arrived in front of the parlor, the dog and I stayed outside at the snow-covered benches (the dog could have been in too!).
I went in and ordered a non-alcoholic beer and a snack. At least I thought I had just ordered "two loaves". The landlord obviously understood "two people", otherwise I can not explain this incredibly large and horny snack plate, which was then brought out to me.

The dog was happy. We shared 50:50. We were allowed to pack the leftovers.
My entire order cost € 9.50!

100% recommendation.
Super nice people, rustic hut with outside toilet, and lots of charm; Price performance top.
