Hiking

The Löschemer Chapel stands high up on the Löschemer Berg. The first chapel was built here 300 years ago, but by the beginning of the 19th century it was dilapidated and partially ruined. As the citizens of Wasserliesch did not receive any funding to rebuild the chapel, they collected donations and in 1846 they built the chapel that still stands today. The chapel is freely accessible at all times. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Moselle valley.
