Fantastic views. Not too hard. Suited for roadbikes and mountain bikes. Don't go beyond Col du Canadel towards La Croix-Valmer on a roadbike unless you want to change tyres (potholes, gravel).

I've ridden east over the Canadel a few times on a road bike (23mm tire width). The asphalt gets worse and worse and sometimes disappears completely. But the view is fantastic and you can drive a little more slowly and carefully. The descent to La Croix-Valmer is tricky, but manageable with caution. It should always work with a gravel bike.
