little traffic and best road surface with a pleasant incline / descent.
On both sides the forest gives a great view for a short distance, in the south towards Rhön and in the north to Rotenburg and to Alheimer in the Stölzinger Mountains 👍

Immediately next to the old trade route, which runs from the Werra valley to the Fulda valley, i.e. between Hönebach and Friedewald, there is a very strange stone structure, the so-called needle eye.
It is a gate-shaped stone with a desk-like roof, through the opening of which a person can crawl. Legends and stories still surround this stone structure.
