The idyllically situated alpine hut is picturesquely situated between the Bosruck and the Pyhrgas mountains, offering a magnificent view of the Hallermauern mountain range. There's no rush or stress here, as the Ochsenwaldalm focuses primarily on comfort and time for fellowship. Traditional delicacies, fresh farmhouse bread, and wonderfully fragrant pastries are served at the alpine hut. Beer and cider are chilled in the fountain in front of the hut, and the magnificent view makes them taste even better.

Such a beautiful, friendly family-run and traditional Almhütte. Classic food (Austrian Jause) and drink (cooled in the water trough!). A real treat and well worth the visit. Open 7 days a week in the summer.
