I recommend to bring a bike lock with you, otherwise you can not really enjoy the garden. As a cyclist you can cycle through, but in the garden itself cycling is not allowed and you can not smell the roses.

Very nice, spacious park. Of course, especially recommended for rose petals. There are tons of benches for the little cycling break in between.
