There is a communal space, to watch TV or just sit and chat with friends, plus a kitchen area with table to eat breakfast 🥞. The shower and toilet facilities are clean and spacious. Quite a big area to either camp or use motor home and then there’s the pods with a table and fire pit. Inside they have a heater, a fridge and a kettle; you can sleep 🛏 a small family in one of these pods. There is also a bike 🚲 lock 🔐 up and sinks for campers to wash up in.

Mountain biking

The Lodges are open again with measures in place for this COVID-19. In fact there were more people here this week than on previous visits. The one way system round the facilities block helps add to the step count 👍 all facilities are open and everyone is being sensible and safe as they go to and from the facilities. The seating area in reception is cordoned off as is the table in the kitchen . It has been great to get back here

Mountain biking

Excellent place for camping or renting one of the wooden pods. Right on the doorstep of the trail centre and all the MTB trails. Stayed here many times over the past few years and never been disappointed.
