Mountain biking
Nice but exhausting MTB tour. The tour mostly runs through the forest, which provides coolness and shade in the heat. There are many trails on this route but they are not always passable. That means you have to push the bike a few times. Otherwise very varied route was a lot of fun. At Hambacher Schloß there is of course a wonderful view of the vineyards.
