Running
The route leads first through the city center of Heiligenhafen, then up with slight inclines to Höhnenweg and then with slight inclines back down to the marina. Passing Gill-Hus along the beach promenade, the route leads over the elephant bridge to the holiday center, then the route follows the road on the newly designed inland lake promenade. Here the goal to the sports field is not far anymore.
