The Alpe Gamp
With Alpe Gamp, a special natural gem falls into the ownership of the Beschling-Latz agricultural community. In addition to its unique location and a completely natural landscape, it is also important in terms of alpine farming. More than 450 animals, including around 60 cows, are usually on the Alps in the summer. The Bauer family, Philipp Schoder and Florian Lang are responsible for looking after the cattle, horses and sheep.
The taste of nature
What else sets Alpe Gamp apart: its own dairy. And it produces products that are all natural and authentic in taste. Under the direction of Florian Lang, butter, Tilsiter, Alpine, cream and sour cheese are produced from around 70,000 kg of milk. These can be tasted and purchased directly in the dairy shop, and they are also marketed by two regional commercial buyers.
