Tips
interesting and pleasant excursion along the mule track - wanted and financed by the Senator of the Kingdom of Italy Federico Rosazza - which connects Piedmont (Piedicavallo) with the Valle d'Aosta (Issime) crossing the Mologna hill. The refuge and the nearby glacial lake bear the same name (della Vecchia). Well maintained refuge open in the summer season.
