The name stems from the products that are fed, mainly Italian, but also a number of Amsterdam delicacies. A full cheese board consisting of, among other things, gorgonzola, buffalo mozzarella and La Tur or a meat board with Parma ham, porchetta and ox sausage. There are also plenty of sandwiches and paninis available and Italian ice cream will soon be on the menu.
