A panoramic peak over the Biella area and the Oropa sanctuary, and the walk can start right from the Oropa sanctuary, or from the Tracciolino road, following the Beato Pier Giorgio Frassati path. Paths accessible to all, but quite steep in some sections. The cross of Mount Mucrone stands out a short distance away

As an excursion I have continued several times to Cima Mucrone, passing by "Limbo", while when there is snow and it is good, ski-skins and climb up to here or to the ridge a little higher.
