The Gepatsch reservoir is located in the rear Kaunertal and can be reached via the glacier panorama road. Its distinguishing feature is the largest stone dump dam in Austria. It has a storage volume of 140 million cubic meters of water. Electricity generation is 620 million kilowatt hours per year.
