The Passerelle de Pilou is closed on some public holidays. On all other days there are restricted opening times, which can be researched on the Internet.
This footbridge connects the town of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone with the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea and the small island of Maguelone in the Étang de Vic, on which the small, beautiful former abbey church of St.Pierre et St. Paul monastery stands.
