The Aller was renatured on the northern border of the Volkswagen site. Several side arms run through the meadows. There is a path along the bank: to the west only a dirt track in the reeds, later paths that are easier to drive. Two Allerbrücken bridges lead to the factory. Several routes lead to Warmenau and Kästorf.

Nice trail along the Aller from Tor Nord to the Autobahn. If you want to ride the entire route, a mountain bike is recommended as some sections can be bumpy and muddy. There is a turnoff towards Kästorf and Warmenau and several benches with a beautiful view to rest. Depending on the season, the grass is a little higher and the ground a little muddy, but still passable!
At one point you can choose between a small bridge or a water passage. Both work 😁
