The Reisachbrücke is located at the end of the reservoir that belongs to the Reisachwerk power plant. The construction time of the entire plant was between 1951 and the completion in 1955. This also includes the high storage Rabenleite and the dams Kainzmühle and Tanzmühle, which are connected underground with a pressure tunnel to bring the water to the turbines.
