At the edge of the Wiesbüttmoor there is the so-called Judenbörnchen. It is a source that feeds the bog with water. It owes its name to numerous Jewish cattle traders who drove their animals along the old Birkenhainer Handelsstrasse, rested on the Börnchen to water them at the fountain. The year 1778 is carved on the Brunnenstein.

The Wiesbütt was an early medieval resting place at the intersection between Birkenhainer Straße and Eselsweg. Cattle were also transported on these trade routes. There was a cattle trough away from the human well. The "Judenbörnchen" got its name because at that time the Jewish citizens largely controlled the cattle trade. Most of the cattle transports were aimed at supplying the city of Frankfurt.
