With the "9er Köpfle cable car" from Tannheim you can reach the DAV's Landsberger Hütte after about 2 hours.
After a hearty snack and a Radler measure, it continues strengthened.
From the Landsberger Hütte you can get to the Lachenpitze in about 1.5 hours on a mountain hiking trail or for experienced climbers with the appropriate equipment and fitness on the very popular via ferrata.
However, since it partly only contains vertical passages, it should really only be left to experienced via ferrata professionals, since it has no emergency exit option.
