On the drive through the picturesque Lierbachtal there is between the 'car park Allerheiligen waterfalls' and All Saints on the left of a parking bay the inconspicuous note 'student rock'.
From this rock (high above the Lierbachtal) you have a wonderful view back to the Lierbachtal as a reward for the agony!

From the vantage point you have a breathtaking view of the Lierbachtal. How the student rock got its name, you can read on the information board. Supposedly a student should have fallen from the rock when he wanted to bring back a lost ring. Let's hope that's just a legend ...
