Quite a nice market square
The beautiful market square of Burgkunstadt is located in the upper town. On the north-eastern corner of the market square is the Catholic parish church of St. Heinrich and Kunigunde, which is well worth seeing. There are also many beautiful old houses around the market square, including many half-timbered houses. On the market square there is a monument to Saint Nepomuk, who was "active" here as a guardian for the water supply. In the western part of the market square (corner of Fliehgasse / Vogtei) is the German Shoe Museum.Source:

There are half-timbered houses en masse on the historic market square in Burgkunstadt. The small tower of the Burgkunstadt town hall rises above the roofs of the residential buildings at the very back. If you are interested in the history of the "shoe town on the Upper Main", the German Shoemaker's Museum is the right place for you. On three floors, you can get an insight into the artisanal and mechanical production of shoes.Source:
