This section is on the Lodes Way, a brilliant cycling route between Anglesey Abbey (excellent Cafe, park your cycle in the back yard) and Wicken Fen (The Maids Head in the centre of Wicken serves great food, the Methodist Chapel often serves afternoon tea on summer Sunday afternoons -if open there's a 'Teas' sign displayed prominently)

I agree with John Powell: the Lode Way is a great route for a ride between Cambridge and Ely. Also worth mentioning that there is a National Trust restaurant at Wicken Fen nature reserve. Cycle racks available. Nice stop-off to enjoy a light lunch or a coffee and cake. Enjoy sitting outside and watch the wildlife above Wicken Fen while sipping your coffee.
