Fergenhütte

The Fergenhütte is a self-catering hut located at an altitude of 2150 m on the north-eastern slope of the Landquart mountain, above the hamlet of Garfiun and below the Fergenfurgga saddle. There are 21 beds in a large room on three floors, as well as large tables and chairs. In front of it is the fully equipped kitchen with a wood stove; there is running water. There is enough firewood, but it can or must be chopped with an axe if necessary. In front of the hut there is a well, as well as tables with benches. At the edge of the hut there is a room with a toilet and washing facilities. Next to the hut flows a rushing stream with ice-cold water. In good or warm weather it is ideal for refreshment. From the hut there are wonderful views of the Landquart valley and the surrounding mountain ranges. Highly recommended!

Great self-catering hut, you can book this through the SAC Prättigau. A total of 20 sleeping places and everything you need is available (running water, wood stove, sleeping places,...) We arrived in the rain, it is advisable to have a line, cord or similar with you, as there are few opportunities to dry something to hang up
