The "Superstition Wilderness" is one of the most beautiful yet challenging ranges along the Arizona Trail. The trails are rocky and water is scarce. However, you will find pristine nature, perfect panoramic views and solitude in this untamed, volcanic terrain.

There are still some legends and rumors present concerning lost gold mines like the "Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine". It is one of the most famous lost mines in American history and until today, people are still looking for the hidden gold treasure in the Superstition Mountains.
