The “Humpfert” area is located in the northwest of the Letmathe city area.
It is bordered by the A 46 in the south, the B 236 in the east, the city border with Hohenlimburg in the west and the Schälk area in the north.
The Humpfert is known for the Humpfert Tower, which stands at an altitude of 292 meters above sea level and is therefore the highest point in the actual Letmathe city area.
The highest point in the old town of Letmathe is at Hilkenhohl in Lössel at 442 meters.
