Between Seibranz and Zeil Castle is the small town of Sebastiansaul, actually only a few houses. Hidden behind a half-timbered farmstead, you can see a chapel open on 4 sides. This Sebastian chapel was probably built in the 17th century by the family of Count zu Waldburg-Zeil as a thank you for being saved from the plague that had already reached Seibranz. It actually stood at a different location, but was moved to its current location when the road was built. On the street side, Saint Sebastian can be seen as a statue behind glass, both sides are painted. A pretty little place, which also offers shade and rain-free space thanks to the roof.
