The Catholic parish church of St. Martini is a listed church building in Emmerich am Rhein, a town in the district of Kleve (North Rhine-Westphalia).

The former collegiate church was created through natural disasters, war destruction, repairs, additions and conversions and reconstruction. It was built of brick and tuff and consists of a Gothic, irregular two-nave nave, the tower in front and a Romanesque high choir over a crypt.

The treasury contains church treasures from St. Vitus in Hoch-Elten and St. Martini. It was opened to the public in 1983. The Martini Church has lost many of its original treasures over the centuries. In early church cult devices for liturgical use are still those with the name of St. Late Roman goblet connected by Willibrord and a Gothic silver incense burner remained.
