Tips

An extremely rewarding hike, especially in hot temperatures. Not only the flowing wall offers cooling, but also the inviting gravel banks along the hiking trail.

Fantastic easy and varied hike, also for children to create. The parking lot and approach were a little hard to find (does not work with Google Maps).

Be sure to take bathing gear with you for sunbathing or swimming. On this hike there is always an opportunity to cool off, lg Crawallo

  • Intertronic. 🥾😀🚴🏿‍♂️🏃‍♂️

The gorge path leads from the Stefanie bridge spanning the Steyr at the entrance of Molln downstream to the Rinnenden Mauer and follows the Steyr bed on the right bank.
2.5 hours should be estimated as pure walking time from the starting point to the return. However, it is advisable to plan more time in order to better enjoy the hike. Since the narrow path partly runs directly to the top of the gorge, surefootedness and a head for heights are necessary. Special care is required in spring or after heavy rainfall, when stones can loosen in the often overhanging conglomerate walls.
