Agree with @misc so far, I just don't want to pass on the hint that it's easy and practically feasible for everyone.
A little climbing should be physically possible, both for the ascent and descent.
The section is marked T4/S4 on the map and is therefore not overrated.
But right:
no particular challenge for experienced mountaineers who are in reasonable physical condition. But nice!!!
