This tour leads from Basthorst through beautiful forests and in the "finale" past the lakeshore. Basthorst with its handicraft shops and the castle is just as worth seeing as the sequoias, which can be reached after 2 km. Most of the paths are well paved and easy to walk on. Our labbi was having fun. The second left turn behind the sequoia trees is probably shown incorrectly in Komoot. In any case, there is probably no such way. You should turn left about 50 meters beforehand. However, it is then inevitable that you later have to walk a short distance (200 meters) on the country road. But this road is not very busy. By the way, we covered almost 6.6 km. That is 1km more than stated in Komoot.
