Not far from the Schnelldorf train station, the railway line can be crossed here, at the same time you walk for a few meters exactly above the Ampfrach, which also crosses the railway line here.
The Ampfrach is almost 11 km long, which rises about 1 km west of the outskirts of Schnelldorf-Grimmschwanden north of the Simonsberg and flows into the Wörnitz from the right and east-northeast across from Feuchtwangen-Reichenbach north of the bridge of state road 1066.
