Summer residence of the Gonzaga family, Palazzo Te is one of the most beautiful palaces in Mantua, while remaining outside the historic center of Mantua it was designed by Giulio Romano.
Of particular interest is the exedra, the frescoed rooms (Sala dei Cavalli and Sala dei Giganti the most famous).
