Profesional School Electrical and Electronics Konstantin Fotinov. Konstantin Fotinov School was established in 1879
    - 80 years as the First Class Girls' School in
Burgas, which is transformed into a maiden full
    high school in 1911 - 1912. For 130
years it repeatedly changed its profile, but the name
the patron of the school remains unchanged. This gives
reason for all who have worked in it to watch
to themselves as followers of tradition and
    his story.
The first principal of the school is Dobra
Dyakova, a graduate of the Odessa High School, appointed in
during the school year 1886-87. By virtue of the then
school tradition principals and teachers are
changed frequently until 1913. directors are Kerana
Kiradzhieva, Ivan Zlatarov, Tsvetan Velikov, Damyan H.
Ivanov, Krastyu Panev, Vasil Rankov, Hristo Valev.
From the 1913-1914 school year the school grew into
high school, and from the academic year 1923-1924. according to the order
of MNP the school is divided into two: State
Pedagogical (7th and 8th grade) and Municipal People's
Girl's Real School with one director - Deyan
Belopitov, who was director until the academic year 1932-33.
He participated in the Balkans and the First World War.
For himself, he modestly notes: "Deyan Belopitov -
director, 42 years old, from Panagyurishte, married to three
children, graduated from the Higher School in Sofia,
    natural history teacher ”
From 1933-1944 for principals of the Girls' High School
    Dimitar Tsvetkov, Panayot Vodenicharov and
Asen Karapanchev. From the academic year 1950 - 1951. The maiden
the school was renamed the Unified Mixed School.
In 1957 - 1958. the upper course is separated again and
the school was renamed the Mixed Polytechnic
high school. During this period there were two high schools in the city
    - (former Maiden and Male - now mixed) therefore in
1959 - 1960 they are renamed the First Polytechnic
“G. S. Rakovski ”and Second Polytechnic High School K.
