Tips
One kilometer opposite the entrance to Medenbach there is a small, straight dirt road to the forest opposite. Once you have entered the forest there is a great long downhill route down to the car park at the other end of the forest. From here you can easily get to Igstadt, Erbenheim and Nordenstadt via the country roads. The downhill route is very easy to ride and has a decent gradient. At times we were doing just over 50 km/h on the bikes.
