The Freiberger-Mulde cycle path leads through one of the arches.

Road cycling

The 165-meter-long viaduct leads over the valley of the Freiberger Mulde. It was put into operation in 1875. The bridge was blown up in the last days of World War II, but it was temporarily open to traffic again in June 1945. After being closed in the 1970s, the viaduct has been used again by the Freiberger Railway since 2000. The Freiberger Mulde cycle path leads under this viaduct and is a great place to cycle on a racing bike.
