History of Alp Rohr, Sennwald
The local community of Sennwald, as the owner, concluded the purchase agreement with the alpine farmers in 1856. In the 1930s, the local community acquired the summer business license for Alp Rohr.

Mountain restaurant Alp Rohr, Sennwald
With the extension and renovation in 2019, the water collection and supply were improved and ensured, as well as adapted to ecological requirements. In addition, a switch was made to environmentally friendly energy generation. The hut has 22 beds and the new 4- and 6-bed rooms impress with their charming and cozy ambience.
The new mountain inn is partly still built on the foundations of the old hut, which can now be discovered in the new guest room. Enjoy the uniqueness of Alp Rohr with us. We thank you very much for your visit and wish you a pleasant stay.
