    Snowshoeing

At an old quarry just before the Ecker saddle, in the area of the winter sports center Eck-Riedelstein, the Skywalk viewing platform was created as part of the implementation of the project "Skiing and hiking over the eight thousand meters" in cooperation with the municipalities of Arnbruck, Drachselsried, Arrach and Hohenwart.

Approx. 30 meters high above the trees, it offers a breathtaking view of the valley below and a wonderful view of the Zellertal. With good visibility you can even see the Alps on the horizon.

This highlight should not be missed when staying in Eck or Arnbruck. It can be reached quickly. A fixed route in the Eck area can only be left briefly for this detour. Worth seeing, especially when visibility is good.
