The historic castle is now mainly known as an event location, but inside there is also a beautiful museum that you can visit as a hiker. This was even redesigned and renewed in 2019 and includes many stations for children. You can also get drinks and cakes in the castle café after your visit.
The museum and café are always open from Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can find more information here: museum-friedberg.de/besucherinfo.
