Hiking

The silver lake only exists on the map. It has dried out and weeds for a long time. All ponds in the park have "disappeared". Only the pond at the entrance to the park is still there.

Hiking

At 0.74 hectares, the Silbersee is the smallest of the park's bodies of water. It is located in the central area of the park and was created by a funnel-shaped collapse of an unfilled mine in which surface water collected over the years. It is already listed without a name in a city map from 1946.
After many years without water, it was filled again in March 2024.
