Mountain biking
The farm has been managed according to the guidelines of organic farming for over 40 years. Between 1973 and 1995, Ensmad was a test item for organic farming at the University of Hohenheim. Since then the farm has been managed privately. Today the company specializes in dairy goat farming with its own milk processing.
