The Bioland-Ziegenhof Ensmad, which also includes a beautiful pilgrimage chapel, is picturesquely situated in a hermit location between Riedlingen and Gammertingen near Ittenhausen on the southern edge of the Swabian Jura.

The farm has been managed according to the guidelines of organic farming for over 40 years. Between 1973 and 1995, Ensmad was a test item for organic farming at the University of Hohenheim. Since then the farm has been managed privately. Today the company specializes in dairy goat farming with its own milk processing.

The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and linger. We offer guided tours of the farm in small or large groups, with cheese tasting and according to your ideas.
