Nice stretch, but do not go there with the racing bike at the weekend (especially when we go for a round on the touring bike with the family). Incidentally, if you come from Vilsteren and cross the weir to the left twice, you will come across a beautiful cycle path along the Overijsselse Vecht. It is some distance away, but you have a beautiful view into the Vechtdal. The path has recently been greatly upgraded and looks fantastic.
