Best Hikes to Königshütter Waterfall (HWN 40)

Tips

  • A very beautiful and mostly very calm waterfall. The rest area nearby offers you enough seats. Above the waterfall you look down on Königshütte. There is also a stamp office for the Harzer hiking nobility up here. If you come here by car, you can park in front of the railway bridge on a large gravel area. If you have more time, after a few hundred meters you will find the Rabensteine, from which you have a magnificent view of the Hochharz.

  • The man-made waterfall plunges about 20 meters into the depth.

  • It is worth it! In warm weather, the inflow offers great refreshment. There is also an opportunity to rest.
