Hiking Highlight
The Hornmühle was and is between the Rauenstein and Reifland train stations. The mill used the water of the flea. The mill was also used as a wood grinding shop from 1885 to 1960. The logs for the grinding shop came from the Reifland-Wünschendorf train station and were made available from there by a small, horse-drawn railway. The track width of the railway was 800mm. Until 1960, the rails still led to the Rauensteiner Mühle. The buildings are now used as apartments.
