This turquoise lake is located about three kilometers south of Schwandorf in a former gravel pit. A sandy beach with a large lawn and a separate non-swimmer area can be found in the natural pool on the north bank, for an entrance fee.

Around the lake runs a beautiful flowiger trail and you can cool off here during the tour with a dip in the water
