It is surrounded by Monte del Pardo, an excellent example of a Mediterranean forest, which, although 95% of its surface is fenced and not accessible, the 5% of public use includes numerous trails that delight the people of Madrid.

In the town square you can stop for a coffee in one of the many cafes (there I had a spectacular rice with Gamo, for example).
The Manzanares natural park takes us to the El Pardo reservoir, and there we can see how the river makes its way through some tubes with impressive jets.
