1495 people in Arnionys and Kaltanėnais donated to Mr. Narbutus. Later, the village belonged to the Radvils, the Shveikovskys, from 1765. together with the Pabradė manor, it went to Vilnius castelion M. Masalskis, after his death (1768) - to Vilnius bishop I. J. Masalskis. 1792 the manor was purchased by M. Kostrovickis, who built the main brick buildings. 1859 the estate passed to J. Tiškevičius. It is assumed that the manor house could have been designed by the architect Laurynas Gucevičius.
