The tracks are however all indicated and marked so it is easy to find your way around. Being concentric you can make several deviations.

Structure that is part of a fortified farmhouse located in the countryside of the territory of Conversano. The tower, dating back to the sixteenth century, is located on the top of a hill, surrounded by numerous specimens of holm oak, downy oak and olive trees that make it a site of archaeological but also landscape interest, included among other things in the Regional Nature Reserve Oriented Lakes of Conversano and Gravina di Monsignore.

Mountain biking

Going along the provincial Conversano-Castellana you can see a hill on which stands a watchtower (14th century BC). The first settlements date back to the Bronze Age, as evidenced by the frequent tomb finds now preserved in the rooms of the Civic Museum in San Benedetto. The place was certainly chosen on the basis of its favorable geographical position as the hill provided an excellent view of the surrounding area; furthermore, the lake formed by the karst depression at the foot of the hill ensured a not insignificant water reserve.
