Magnificent, to go around it you will have to carry the bike (or take the forbidden direction). The landscape that we observe is just grandiose and really worth the detour!

With the port of Kercabellec to its right and Sorlock beach to its left, the Pointe de Merquel stands proudly in the Atlantic. Opposite is the headland of Pen-Bé. The culvert widens to the Bay of Més. The salt marshes of Més extend to the land. A monastery was built on the Point de Merquel in 1278 and destroyed in 1615. A legacy of the Benedictine monks of St Gildas de Rhuys and dedicated to Notre Dame de Marrel. The site, steeped in history, has retained its charm. Climb the bunker that overlooks the headland and discover the birdwatching post and the magnificent landscape that awaits you.
