Very nice area for walking, cycling and all sorts of outdoor activities, but it might get flooded in the winter and sometimes spring as well so check the water levels right before you leave, I would avoid it when 2.00 or more.

It’s like a very long, straight pond. Cycle path is useful for avoiding some of Peterborough’s many busy dual carriageways although it is quite narrow which limits speeds with pedestrians and dogs around.
